The overall atmosphere was family, but some staff members were absolutely rude. They helped us get a shuttle to attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed above average and varied breakfast.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

i had an excellent experience here, everything was great, the location was unbeatable near to the restaurants in the hotel, the best beaches in cancún, the other clubs. bright, huge room with 1 bed. all the employees were exceptional and extraordinarily friendly. they provided lots of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. i liked my staying here.

The whole experience was decent. Convenient hotel, the rooms were quite. We really enjoyed the rocky beach near our property. The service was exceptional in that hotel.

Cheap rooms, warm breakfast with lots of food, very generous staff. Plus it had a picturesque view.

This place was fine in general with an efficient staff team. The bedroom was quiet, beds were perfectly comfortable as well. Their breakfast was varied and had lots of food. It had very clean swimming pool too.
